Welcome to tax year 2009

We will be accepting tax appointments starting on January 1st, 2010 at 12:01am.

Over the course of the last few years, many of you have become frustrated when trying to make your online appointments as they fill up so quickly. With that in mind, we have instituted a $25.00 reservation fee hoping to give preference to existing clients over new clientele. This fee is on a per appointment basis which will be credited to your invoice when you come in later in the year for your scheduled tax appointment.

When you log onto the website to make your appointment, you will be directed to our online, secure-gateway where you can pay the $25.00 reservation fee with a credit or debit card. After that is completed, you wil be redirected to the calender where you will be able to book your appointment with the preparer of your choice as normal.

We at R. Chacon and Associates strive to make your experience as professional and beneficial as possible. We hope these changes will streamline your appointment booking experience and give everyone an opportunity to see the preparer of their choice.

   8:00 A.M to 5:00 Pm    Monday - Friday

Ray will accept appointments  Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.  

Steve will be accepting appointments periodically throughout the week.

Please note that payment is required upon completion of our service.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover to better serve you.
